Temp-To-Hire

Temp-to-Hire or Contract-to-Hire enables you to evaluate a Lingo employee at your location in actual work conditions before committing to a full-time hire. When you are ready to make an offer, the transition from our payroll to yours is seamless.

Direct Hire

Streamline your hiring process. We work with you to learn your job requirements, goals and company culture. We recruit and pre-screen applicants, presenting the top candidates for you to choose from. This is an efficient way to access the entire candidate pool, even individuals who are currently employed.

Source and Hire!

While our temporary hiring models successfully identify candidates for many clients, one size does not fit all. In a tight labor market, candidates have many job options. By hiring associates directly onto your payroll, you increase the pool of qualified candidates and the likelihood of retaining these employees. We find candidates for you using our extensive resources, including Lingo’s centralized sourcing hub, market recruiting teams, online recruiting investments, and recruiting technology platforms.

For unskilled and unskilled workers
You pay Lingo a predetermined weekly rate per hired employee for ten weeks. Typically, significantly discounted from the traditional direct hire model.
If the employee stops working before ten weeks, future invoicing for that employee is discontinued.

Lingo Select

With the Lingo Select program, we commit to selecting only one client partner within a determined market for specific roles or industries. You’ll have a dedicated Lingo resource team, including a dedicated account manager and sourcing team. You get first selection of all candidates sourced.
